1. Using this site
By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. Please provide truthful, accurate information and materials you have permission to share.
2. Eligibility
Applications are open only to performers aged 18 or older living in Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia or Ukraine. We do not accept applications from minors.
3. Applications and response
Every application is read by a person. We reply by email within 14 days. If you are shortlisted, we arrange a video call and check your identity at that stage.
4. No guarantee
Applying does not guarantee representation or work. Submitting an application does not create a representation agreement or a booking. Any representation or booked role requires a separate agreement.
5. Fees
Applying is free. We take a commission of 15% to 20%, plus VAT, on the fee for any role you book through us, deducted from the payment the production makes. The rate is agreed in writing before you sign anything. There are no upfront, registration or membership fees, and you never pay us out of pocket.
6. Existing representation
You can keep your current agent. Any agreement for a role through us is made in writing before signing.
7. Privacy and contact
Your application is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. For general enquiries, email hello@nextstarcasting.site. For data requests, email privacy@nextstarcasting.site. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
