- Is there really no fee?
- Correct. Talent pays a flat fee per booked role, only when our artists are paid. No application, hosting, headshot or training fees of any kind.
- Do I need experience?
- No. We've signed artists with one self-tape and a phone photograph. We are reading for instinct and craft, not credits.
- What happens if I'm not selected?
- You'll get a written response either way within 14 days. Many of today's roster wrote in twice before we said yes.
- Can I keep my current manager / lawyer?
- Yes. Most of our artists work with a manager and territory agents in markets we don't cover directly. We coordinate the whole picture.
